Physical Integration
Level 0
Definition 0 (No physical integration): One shared transport mode, not at walking distance to public transport, no integration between the modes. No universal design criteria are considered
A rich variety of transport modes is within walking distance of the mobility hub. However, the providers of the shared vehicles are often using a free floating system, which means that the shared vehicles can be present at the mobility hub, but this is not a certainty. Moreover, the train station is rather small and located at the edge of The Hague, making the chance on the presence of a shared vehicle even smaller. The physical integration is also not very advanced since there are, apart from the train station signs, no visual signs that Mariahoeve is a mobility hub
Digital Integration
Level 0
Definition 0 (No digital integration): No digital integration of shared and public transport mode options offered at the hub. There are separate services and platforms for each mode. No universal design criteria are required
There is an option to buy train tickets, but the machine does not allow to buy tickets or other modes of transport at the Mariahoeve. This is also applicable to the travel advice at the train station. HTM bikes are shown in HTM public transport app.
Democratic Integration
Level 0
Definition 0 (No involvement): No involvement or consideration of stakeholder interests and user needs.
