Focus
Digital and physical integration with public transport.
Goal
To investigate the mobility and accessibility impacts of different levels of digital-physical integration between shared mobility modes and public transport (bus, light rail, metro) at the locations of SmartHubs.
Method
- A user-centric co-development process is pursued in 4 existing mobility hubs in the Hague-Rotterdam area that exhibit different levels of physical and digital integration with public transport services, from separate app-based shared mobility services to integrated mobility-as-a-service platforms.
- In the mobility hubs, we will conduct workshops and surveys among users and non-users to improve the application offerings to citizens and investigate the mobility and accessibility impacts of different levels of integration.
