TitleShort DescriptionCase Studies
eHUBS
eHUBS are on-street locations that bring together e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, e-scooters and/or e-cars, offering users a wide range of options to experiment and use in various situations. Six partner cities from five different countries will realise and promote eHUBS and pave the way for others to do the same.
Hubs: eHUB Handelskade (Nijmegen, Netherlands), Main Street Blanchardstown (Dublin, Ireland), Mobipoint Gembloux Gare (Gembloux, Belgium), Mobipoint Louvain-la-Neuve Gare SNCB (Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium), Mobipoint Namur Boulevard du Nord (Namur, Belgium), Mobipoint Ottignies Gare SNCB (Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium), Mobipoint Profondsart Gare SNCB (Wavre, Belgium)
Networks: ehub Nijmegen (nijmegen, Netherlands), Hoppin (Flanders, Belgium), Points Mobilité (Wallonia, Belgium)
HiMobil
Hubs: hi MOBIL Harbach (Klagenfurt, Austria)
Mo.Hub
Community

The Mo.Hub research project aims to combine diverse mobility offerings with attractive public space in the Grätzl. This is done by means of mobility stations - the Mo.Hubs. These will be developed together with the residents of the Grätzl, businesses, mobility service providers, politics and administration. As mobility stations, the Mo.Hubs link mobility offers and services services ranging from e-bikes and e-scooters to car-sharing vehicles. a demand-oriented means of transport for all journeys.

They thus promote intermodal, seamless and sustainable mobility. The shared use of vehicles means that fewer private cars are necessary and thus more space is available in the street. This means better accessibility for those who already travel without a private car. At the same time, it is an opportunity to switch from the little-used car to other mobility options. This can replace the private car in the long term and save money.

Freed-up space in public areas can be used for new mobility and attractive recreational areas. This means more space for:

>>> other forms of mobility such as cycling and walking >>> green space and recreational opportunities

>>> and much more
MOBI-MIX
The MOBI-MIX cities will facilitate the private sector to more effectively implement Shared Mobility solutions (e.g. e-bikes, e-scooters, shared mopeds, docked bikes, shared cars) and MaaS solutions (the integration of various forms of transport services into a single mobility service accessible on demand).

MOVE21
MOVE21 is an innovation project funded by the European Commission that aims to demonstrate the positive impact of mobility solutions such as mobility hubs on the liveability of European cities.
SHARE-North
The Interreg North Sea Region Project “SHARE-North” includes activities for developing, implementing, promoting and assessing car sharing, bike sharing, ride sharing and other forms of shared mobility in urban and rural areas and employment clusters. Living labs will integrate modern technology with activities to support changes in mobility behaviour.
Hubs: Møllendal (Bergen) Smart Hub (Bergen, Norway)
Networks: mobil.punkte and mobil.pünktchen Bremen (Bremen, Germany)
ShareDiMobiHub
A modal shift from the privately owned car to shared mobility options is needed to cope with increased transport demand. In comes ShareDiMobiHub! Its aim? To improve multi-modal accessibility by raising the uptake of shared mobility hubs!
Smart Together
Smart City, P2P-CarSharing, Energy
Smarter Together is an urban renewal initiative funded by the EU and implemented in the three cities of Vienna, Lyon and Munich. Together with the population and numerous companies, the City of Vienna is developing smart city solutions in Simmering. The focus is on the areas of building renovation, energy, mobility and logistics as well as information and communication technology. In the process, impulses are set for positive social dynamics and sustainable urban development. The aim is to create an innovative, livable and environmentally friendly Simmering and Vienna of the future with the local people.
Hubs: WienMobil Station Simmering (Vienna, Austria)
SmartHubs
The SmartHubs project examines mobility hubs, dedicated on-street locations where citizens can choose from different shared and sustainable mobility options.
Hubs: Aspern Nord (Vienna, Austria), Haagse Markt (The Hague, Netherlands), Leyenburg Hub (The Hague, Netherlands), Mobilitätstation Pillichsdorf (Pillichsdorf, Austria), Raadsplein - Place du Conseil (Brussels, Belgium), Tullnerfeld (Pixendorf, Austria), TUM Hub (Munich, Germany), WienMobil Station Bruno Marek Allee (Vienna, Austria), Zuidplein Hub (Rotterdam, Netherlands)
Networks: MO.Point (Vienna, Austria), Seestadtflotte (Vienna, Austria), WienMobil Stationen (Vienna, Austria)
SmartHubs (EIT Urban Mobility)
SmartHubs is an EIT Urban Mobility project. It develops and validates effective and economically viable mobility hub solutions in six European cities.
SMiLES
SMiLES is a large collaborative project in the Northern Netherlands to make mobility and logistics more sustainable. The Hanze University of Applied Sciences works together with the University of Groningen, Noorderpoort College, the municipality and the province of Groningen and various companies from the Northern Netherlands. We will research, devise, build and test solutions to tackle various sub-problems in the field of mobility and logistics.

Soul

AMAT together with the Municipality of Milan and the Polytechnic Foundation of Milan participate in the European project SOUL (Smart mObility hUb pLatform) together with the cities of Barcelona and Eindhoven.

The goal is to create a platform that can provide indications to municipalities on how to optimize intermodal hubs based on the real needs of citizens. Milan central station is one of them.

ZeroFlex
Energy, flexible, Climate Neutrality
